The French national team, which will play two friendly matches this week, has suffered a significant loss. Sport24.az reports that Arsenal defender William Saliba is out.
The 23-year-old footballer has been diagnosed with a calf injury. The central defender has therefore been withdrawn from the national team squad.
Head coach Didier Deschamps has called up Crystal Palace defender Maxence Lacroix to the team in place of Saliba.
It should be noted that the French national team will face Brazil on March 26 and Colombia on March 29.
