The father of Azerbaijani national football player Ozan Can Kökçü has responded to the rumors linking his son's name with the Turkish club "Beşiktaş". Sport24.az reports that Halil Kökçü stated in his statement to journalist Murat Özen that the writings are not true.
H.Kökçü reminded that his son has a contract with a Dutch club:
"Ozan Can Kökçü is a "Volendam" player. There have been no talks with "Beşiktaş" about Ozan. The published news is unfounded."
It should be noted that Ozan Can Kökçü's brother Orkun Kökçü plays for "Beşiktaş".
