The reason why Rahid Amirguliyev, the president and captain of "Shahdag Qusar", did not participate in the first round match of the I League against MOIK has become known. The 36-year-old midfielder himself told Sport24.az about this.
The experienced player said that he was not included in the match application because he had surgery:
"I had knee surgery in the summer. I haven't fully recovered from my injury yet. My not playing is purely related to the injury."
It should be noted that "Shahdag Qusar" defeated MOIK 2:1 in the first round.
