Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe has spoken about which national team he would choose if he didn't play for France.
Idman.Biz reports that the striker has Cameroonian-Algerian roots.
"I grew up more with Cameroonian culture than Algerian culture, because I was closer to the Cameroonian side of my family. But over the years, I have become more attached to my Algerian family. And I want to go to Algeria, because I've never been there. That's actually what I want. Everyone thinks I don't care because I've never been there. I've been to Cameroon a lot. Some of us [in my family] play football. I would choose Cameroon, and I would send Ethan [his younger brother] to play in Algeria (laughs)," - RMC Sport quotes Mbappe.
