"West Bromwich", who are fighting in the English Championship, have sacked head coach Erik Ramsay, whom they signed in January, after only 9 games.
"Report" reports that this was due to the team's inability to win any of the matches held under the leadership of the specialist and its decline.
The club management decided to part ways with the coach after the home draw (1:1) with Charlton. The team has been temporarily assigned to coach James Morrison.
"West Bromwich" is currently in 21st place among 24 teams with 35 points. When E. Ramsay was brought to the head coach position, the team was in 18th place in the tournament table.
It should be noted that the 34-year-old specialist signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with the team on January 11 after Ryan Mason's departure. He previously worked as Erik ten Hag's assistant at Manchester United. E. Ramsay made history as the youngest British coach to receive a UEFA PRO license in 2019.
