Werder Bremen are interested in Shakhtar Donetsk's 26-year-old right-back Yefim Konoplya. This was reported by the Sport.ua portal, according to Sport24.az.
According to the source, the German club wants to resolve the player's transfer in the winter "transfer window". If no agreement is reached, the German club may "sign" Konoplya as a free agent in the summer of 2026.
It should be noted that Konoplya's contract with Shakhtar expires in September next year. He spent most of his professional career at the Donetsk club, and from 2019 to 2021 he played for Desna on loan.
The defender has made 19 appearances this season, scoring 2 goals and providing 4 assists.
