Two more participants have been determined for the FIFA World Cup, which will be held next year in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Sport24..az reports that after the games held last night, the national teams of Germany and the Netherlands also officially qualified for the World Cup. With this, the number of national teams confirmed to participate in the WC-2026 has reached 34.
Teams that have officially qualified for the World Cup: USA, Canada, and Mexico, Japan, New Zealand, Iran, Argentina, Uzbekistan, South Korea, Jordan, Australia, Brazil, Ecuador, Uruguay, Colombia, Paraguay, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Algeria, Ghana, Cabo Verde, South Africa, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, England, France, Croatia, Norway, and Portugal.
It should be noted that a total of 48 teams will participate in the World Cup, which will be held from June 11 to July 19, 2026.
