Former Manchester United and England player Wayne Rooney has listed the club's three strangest transfers before the arrival of Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS.
Idman.Biz reports that after 11 rounds of the Premier League, Manchester United have 18 points and are in seventh place in the standings.
"Manchester United's transfer list was awful until last summer. They only attracted big names - Lukaku, Zlatan, Pogba. These three are good players, but the choice was very strange because they did not justify the investment. It will take time to correct these mistakes," Goal.com quotes Rooney as saying.
