Former Manchester United player Wayne Rooney has announced that he is not planning to return to coaching anytime soon. Sport24.az reports that the 39-year-old veteran footballer spoke about this to TalkSPORT:
"I'm currently just involved in television. I love this job and I have no intention of leaving. Coaching? I'm not planning on returning to that area anytime soon."
It should be noted that Rooney joined the coaching staff of Derby County in 2019. He later became the head coach of this club. Besides this club, he has also coached D.C. United, Birmingham, and Plymouth in the USA.
