"Partizani", the team where Azerbaijani footballer Vusal Iskandarli plays, has parted ways with its head coach. Sport24.az reports that the capital's representative has terminated Skender Gega's contract.
He last led the team in the Conference League first qualifying round match against Nomme Kalju (1:1, 0:1).
"Partizani" was eliminated from European cups after losing to its opponent at home in the return match. It should be noted that Vusal Iskandarli joined the Albanian club this summer.
