Wolverhampton has signed a new three-year contract with head coach Vitor Pereyra.
İdman.biz reports that the Portuguese specialist was appointed in December last year, when the club was 19th in the Premier League.
Under his leadership, the "Wolves" broke a record by winning 6 consecutive matches, and Pereyra was nominated for "Coach of the Year".
After the team secured their place in the elite at the end of the season, Pereyra transferred 6 new players and is currently preparing for the 2025/26 season.
Club president Jeff Shi noted that Vitor has brought energy and a strong spirit to the team, and his results are truly impressive.
Pereyra said that being the head coach of Wolverhampton is a great honor for him: "This city loves football and together we will make our fans proud."
