The Azerbaijan national team is a team of technical football players.
According to the "Report" correspondent in Belarus, this was stated by Vitali Pavlov, the head coach of the U-21 national team of the mentioned country, at a press conference.
The expert spoke about the test match held in Baranovichy with the Azerbaijani national team:
"We are happy to have won. The opponent is a quality team consisting of technical football players. They showed this in the first half as well. During the break, I gave my players instructions, and they learned from their mistakes. This was a test match, and the result is always secondary. But in any case, it's good to win."
It should be noted that the match ended with a 3:1 victory for the Belarus team. On June 8, the national team will hold a friendly match with the Montenegrin team of the corresponding age group at the Mehdi Huseynzade Sumgayit city stadium.
