Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk shared his thoughts on the challenges the team is facing this season.
Idman.Biz reports this with reference to Euro-football.
The 34-year-old Dutch defender commented on the team's situation on the eve of the match against Nottingham Forest next Saturday:
"It's not our club's habit to hide the truth. We all know we can improve the results, and the only way to achieve this is through perseverance and unity. I have repeatedly said that I believe in the quality and character of the team, but we must prove everything on the field."
It should be noted that the team led by Arne Slot is currently in eighth place in the Premier League standings. The Champions League match between Qarabag and Liverpool will be held in England on January 28 next year.
