Real Madrid's footballer Vinicius Junior will not participate in the upcoming matches of the Brazilian national team.
"Report", citing "Globo", reports that the 25-year-old winger will not be invited to the matches against Chile and Bolivia in the qualifying round of the 2026 World Cup.
The team's head coach, Carlo Ancelotti, has decided to give him a rest. Vinicius was supposed to miss the match against Chile anyway, as he is suspended due to exceeding the yellow card limit.
It should be noted that Brazil, which has secured participation in the 2026 World Cup, will face Chile on September 5, and Bolivia five days later.
