Vincenzo Montella's contract with the Turkish national team extended

It is reported that Vincenzo Montella, the head coach of the Turkish national team, has extended his contract with the Turkish Football Federation, which was due to expire in June 2026, for two more terms.

Idman.biz reports that the 51-year-old Italian specialist has been coaching the "crescent-stars" since September 2023.

Under Montella's leadership, the Turkish national team has won 12, drawn 4, and lost 7 of the 23 matches they have played, and reached the 1/4 finals of EURO-2024.
