Vincent Aboubakar came to be useful to "Neftchi". Sport24.az reports that Vincent Aboubakar himself said this in a statement to the press service of the "white-blacks" after the victory (2:0) over "Gabala" in the IX round of the Misli Premier League.
The Cameroonian striker said that the "Neftchi" community and fans welcomed him very well in Baku:
"First of all, I want to thank my teammates. They have been very warm to me since the first day I arrived in Baku. When I arrived, they treated me like their own family members. This is important for the high motivation of a football player. I came to be useful to "Neftchi". We can do good things if we combine our strength with my teammates."
It should be noted that Abubakar made a significant contribution to the victory in his debut match against "Gabala", scoring 1 goal and 1 assist.
