He is being transferred from Lisbon's "Sporting".

According to insider Fabrizio Romano, the London club will pay a base fee of 63.5 million euros and an additional 10 million euros in bonuses for this transfer. The "Transfermarkt" portal estimates the striker's value at 75 million euros.
