Rzayev stated that it is not known who is leading the team:
"There is no transparency in Azerbaijani football anyway. What everyone does remains secret. Yesterday's game showed that the team is not yet fully ready. In recent years, "Kapaz" staying in the Premier League has been a success. In the games I watched, I saw that our club is superior to the teams that won promotion to the elite. It seems to me that the fight to stay in the elite will be between 3 clubs - "Imishli", "Karvan-Yevlakh" and "Kapaz." This does not satisfy me at all. The club has a historical past, it is one of the teams that played in the USSR championship. It is not necessary to put the deep-rooted club in this state today. I don't know who is in control, they keep it secret. One comes and one goes every week. Who is this "dark force"? Everyone says it's Adil Veliyev, but where is Adil muallim? Nobody knows this. Although this person is the chairman of the Board, he does not allocate normal money to the team. Namig Gadirov came, met with us. A week later, it became clear that he had left his post. What kind of sponsors are these, I can't understand. It's as if the newcomer appoints himself. There are many misunderstandings in the club."
