Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk has spoken about the team's recent results. Sport24.az reports that the Dutch footballer made a statement on the club's official website.
"I have said many times that unity is the key to success in both good and difficult times. There is no need to explain what has happened in recent times. Our results and performances are not good enough. Now we need to show ourselves in a better light and find a way out of this difficult situation. Everyone in the team understands the situation and is working hard to change it. Nobody is happy with what's happening. I fully believe in the quality and character of this team. Every day I see how hard our players work and what they are capable of."
