Real Madrid midfielder Federico Valverde has commented on the incident that occurred after the La Liga matchday 24 game against Real Sociedad.
Idman.Biz reports that the player kicked an ice box near the substitutes' bench after being substituted. Valverde jokingly commented on the matter by posting on his social media account.
"Calm down, friends. The ice box is not to blame. I'm the one who regrets not scoring a goal," the midfielder wrote.
It should be noted that the Uruguayan midfielder was substituted in the 73rd minute. Valverde has played 23 games in La Liga this season, scoring one goal and providing six assists.
