Valdas Dambrauskas: "We need to improve even more, we need to develop"

"We started the second half of the season with a very beautiful victory. It is not easy to win the first match after the break. Previous results also show this. No one can win easily. We scored 3 goals in the first half. Although we won with a score of 4:1, I see negative things. We need to improve even more. Especially when coming out with the ball, in the construction of attacks, sometimes there was a lack of accuracy in finishing, we need to develop these as well. In the upcoming matches, we will not be able to achieve this much. But all of this is understandable. We have started again after a break. After this victory, we must forget everything and start our recovery training tomorrow. Then we have to prepare for the very difficult "Zira" game ahead."

Sport24.az reports that these words were said by Valdas Dambrauskas, the head coach of "Sabah", at the press conference held after the 17th round of the Misli Premier League match with "Karvan-Yevlax" (4:1).

- Will there be transfers?

- I have answered this question many times. We have more than 20 players. We are aware of the potential of all of them. They have not yet shown their best side, they still need to improve, they still need to develop a lot. If there is a right player, if we see that he is suitable for us, we can bring him. My job is to train and develop the players I have. Our club's transfer affairs are more engaged in these matters. We are always in constant contact with the club management. If there is a right player, we can bring him. You shouldn't believe too much in rumors and gossip.
