The chairman of the Coaching Committee commented on the departure of "Sabah" head coach Vasili Berezutsky from the team:
"The sudden decision showed that the "owls" must first solve the issue of the head coach. A new coach, a new system will take time. Considering that there is less than a month left before the Europa League games, the club must operate in several directions. A difficult situation has arisen. The unexpected decision forces us to start the established work again. In my opinion, the management of "Sabah" will make the right choice and invite a specialist worthy of this position "behind the wheel".
It should be noted that "Sabah", which won the Azerbaijan Cup, will represent our country in the Europa League this summer.
