Today's away match against the North Macedonian club "Shkendija" in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League will be difficult for "Qarabag".
This was stated by the former football player of the Aghdam club Vagif Javadov in his statement to "Report".
The 36-year-old expert emphasized that the North Macedonian team is strong:
"The away match with "Shkendija" will be difficult for "Qarabag". "Shkendija" passed a strong team in the previous stage. The club's president said that they would defeat "Qarabag" by a large score. But the opposite happened, they could not pass the stage. "Shkendija" also turned out to be a strong opponent. I believe that "Qarabag" understands this. Gurban Gurbanov also noted that the opponent is a quality team. Therefore, I believe that they will take it seriously and achieve a positive result. I wish "Qarabag" success".
It should be noted that the "Shkendija" - "Qarabag" match will start today at 22:00 Baku time. The return match, which will be held on August 12 at the Tofig Bahramov Republican Stadium, will start at 20:00.
