US President Donald Trump, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum have confirmed their participation in the 2026 World Cup draw ceremony, which will be held on December 5 at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
Idman.Biz reports this with reference to the official website of the International Football Association (FIFA).
The draw will determine the composition of 12 groups, each consisting of four teams. The ceremony will start at 19:00 Baku time.
The 2026 World Cup will be the first tournament with the participation of 48 national teams. The tournament will last from June 11 to July 19.
