Agdam's "Qarabag" club will play its first match in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League against Portugal's "Benfica".
Idman.biz reports that the match will be officiated by a Belgian referee well-known to the Azerbaijani champion.
The refereeing team led by Erik Lambrechts has been in charge of three matches of Gurban Gurbanov's team so far. However, "Qarabag" has not been able to win in any of these matches. The team drew 2:2 with "Molde", lost 1:2 to "Freiburg" and drew goalless with "Basel".
