Aston Villa head coach Unai Emery has commented on the match against Leeds United in the 27th round of the English Premier League.
Idman.Biz reports that the game ended in a 1:1 draw.
"It’s not the best result, but not the worst either. When we were 1-0 down in the 89th minute, a draw felt really fantastic. We have to stay positive. We have to accept this result, because every team is showing their capabilities and it also shows how tough the Premier League is.
We are still third in the table and we got a point today. I think we can take it as a positive and continue to progress, because we are trying to be consistent over 38 games. We are currently in round 27 and we are still third. Of course, we have lost a few points at home, we didn’t usually lose before, but I am optimistic about how we can continue to work and build the team," Emery's words are quoted on the Birmingham club's official website.
