"Aston Villa" head coach Unai Emery spoke today before the FA Cup 1/16 final match against "Newcastle".
Idman.Biz reports that Emery emphasized the importance of the versatility of his key players against the backdrop of a number of injuries. He emphasized that the transfer window provides an opportunity to address some of the problems caused by losses in the squad.
"As a coach, I have faced (player injuries) many times. And I had to make decisions, build a team, try different players, give them the opportunity to play in different positions and make them versatile.
Now I have no different problems than the ones I experienced before, in other countries and other clubs, even here at Aston Villa. Other teams also have this problem with injured players," Emery is quoted as saying on the club's official website.
