UEFA has warned North Macedonian club "Shkendija", the opponent of "Qarabag" in the third qualifying round of the Champions League. Sport24.az reports with reference to "Report" that this was due to the events in the first match of the second qualifying round, where the team won against the Romanian representative FCSB at home (1:0).
Local fans threw foreign objects onto the field during the match. The national champion received a warning for this reason. If this happens again, "Shkendija" will be fined.
It should be noted that "Qarabag" won the first away match of the third qualifying round with a score of 1-0. The return match will be held in Baku on August 12.
