UEFA representatives held a seminar for Azerbaijani referees who are in training camp in Antalya, Turkey. This was reported by the AFFA press service.
At the invitation of AFFA, theoretical and practical seminars were organized for referees by a member of the UEFA Referees Committee. Carlos Velasco conducted practical seminars on "Positioning on the field" and "Game management".
UEFA's physical preparation officer, Verner Helsen, spoke at a seminar covering physical preparation, practical exercises and decision-making.
Under the leadership of Namig Guliyev, head of the fitness department of the AFFA Referees Department, honored coach, general physical training exercises were also held, and the referees' body mass index was checked.
