UEFA has launched a disciplinary investigation into the events that occurred during the first leg of the Champions League play-off match between "Benfica" and "Real Madrid" (0-1). Sport24.az reports that this was announced by "Madrid Universal."
According to the source, UEFA intends to interview all persons involved in the incident, including Kylian Mbappe, who openly stated that Lisbon club midfielder Gianluca Prestianni used racist remarks after the match. If there is no evidence, sanctions will not be imposed.
It should be noted that the match in Lisbon ended with a 1-0 victory for Madrid. The only goal in the game was scored by Vinicius.
