UEFA may investigate Bayern Munich player Michael Olise's yellow card incident.
Report, citing foreign media, reports that the organization is considering the possibility that the French winger deliberately received a yellow card in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League round of 16 away game against Atalanta.
It is reported that the player did this in order to "clear" the cards before the 1/4 final stage. If this possibility is confirmed, Olise may face additional punishment.
In the match in question, Bayern won 6-1 away against Atalanta. Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise scored a double and provided one assist. The French footballer received a yellow card in the 77th minute for time-wasting and will therefore miss the return match in Germany due to disqualification.
