UEFA has handed PSG defender Lucas Hernandez a heavy penalty. Sport24.az reports that the top football body has disqualified the French footballer for 3 matches.
UEFA's press service has released information about this.
The reason for Hernandez's punishment is the red card he received in the 5th round of the League stage match against Tottenham. The 28-year-old left-back will not be able to help his team in the final League stage matches. Parisians will face Athletic, Sporting and Newcastle.
It should be noted that Lucas Hernandez has made 1 assist in 17 official matches in all tournaments for PSG this season. His contract with the club runs until June 30, 2028.
