Idman.Biz reports that the only team to exceed the 1 billion euro mark was "Real Madrid".
The rating includes the following:

5. "Liverpool" – 852 million
6. PSG – 837 million
7. "Arsenal" – 822 million
8. "Manchester United" – 793 million
9. "Tottenham" – 673 million
10. "Chelsea" – 585 million
11. "Inter" – 547 million
12. "Borussia Dortmund" – 532 million
13. "Aston Villa" – 441 million
14. "Atletico Madrid" – 433 million
15. "Juventus" – 420 million
16. "Milan" – 411 million
17. "Newcastle" - 394 million
