It is important for the Azerbaijani national team of football players under 21 to perform courageously in the next qualifying round games of the European Championship.
"Report" reports that Rashad Eyyubov, who was appointed head coach of U-21, said in a statement to the AFFA press service.
The specialist shared his thoughts on the upcoming official matches:
"We have two interesting games ahead of us. First of all, it is important for us to be mentally ready and perform courageously on the field. Our tactical plan should also encourage the team to do this. Our opponents' players play in good European clubs. Therefore, it is very important to adapt to the intensity from the first minutes."
He emphasized that he believes in the players:
"Our goal is to help them fully realize their potential in these matches."
It should be noted that U-21, which is in Group B, will face the Czech Republic on October 10 at the Karvina city stadium, and Scotland on October 14 at the "Dalga Arena".
