"Shamakhi" may strengthen its squad with a footballer from the U-21 national team.
Idman.biz reports that the regional representative has reached an agreement with Nihat Mehraliyev.
The team, led by Aykhan Abbasov, will sign a one-year contract with the 20-year-old footballer.
It should be noted that Mehraliyev scored 20 goals for "Qarabagh's" reserve team last season and became the league's top scorer. The U-21 national team member played in the team's last two friendly matches - against Belarus and Montenegro.
