The Azerbaijan women's national under-19 football team played its first match today as part of the European Championship qualifying round. Sport24.az reports that our national team, which is in Group 5 of League B, faced the corresponding age group team from Slovenia in Strumica, North Macedonia.
The match, which took place at the "Kukus" stadium, ended with a 2:0 victory for the opposing team.
It should be noted that the U-19 team will play its next game in the group against the North Macedonia team on November 28.
