The Azerbaijan national U-19 football team played its last match in the first round of the European Championship qualifying stage. Sport24.az reports that U-19, which is in Group 6 of League B, faced the Northern Ireland team in Kaunas, Lithuania.
The match held at the "Raudondvario" stadium ended with a 2:1 victory for the opponent.
Tuncay Ahmadov scored the goal for our national team in the 25th minute.
It should be noted that our team lost to Lithuania 0:4 in the first round.
