Azerbaijan's U-18 national football team played its last match today at the International Development Tournament. Sport24.az reports that our national team faced the corresponding age group team of Tajikistan in the match for 5th place.
The match, held at the training ground of the local football federation in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, ended with a 1:0 victory for the opponent.
Our team took 6th place in the tournament.
It should be noted that our team lost to Russia (1:7) and Uzbekistan (1:3) in the tournament, and defeated Belarus 1:0.
