The final squad of the Azerbaijan national team consisting of under-18 football players for the International Development Tournament to be held in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, has been determined.
"Report" reports with reference to the official website of the national association that the team includes 21 players.
8 teams will compete in 2 groups in the tournament. The Azerbaijan national team will compete with the teams of Belarus, Russia and Uzbekistan in Group B. The team will face Russia on February 19, Uzbekistan on February 20, and Belarus on February 21.
It should be noted that decisive games will be held on February 23. The winners of the groups will face each other in the final, the runners-up will face each other for the third place, the third-placed teams will face each other for the fifth place, and the fourth-placed teams will face each other in the match for the 7th place.
