The legendary former footballer has been diagnosed with cancer.
It is noted that 74-year-old Keegan played more than 200 games for Liverpool and wore the England national team jersey from 1972 to 1982. As a head coach, he managed Newcastle, Fulham, Manchester City and the England national team.
