The Kazakhstan Football Federation has temporarily suspended the appointments of two well-known referees in the country, Sanjar Iskakov and Tatyana Sorokopudova, to games.
Idman.Biz reports that the decision was made after the match between "Ordabasy" and "Atyrau" in the last round of the Kazakhstan Premier League.
This was due to several gross and decisive errors made by the referees during the games.
It was reported that these errors affected both teams participating in the match.
The Federation emphasized that the punishment is temporary and aims to improve the quality of refereeing and ensure fairness in national tournaments.
