"The issue of replacing the grass cover of the Tovuz city stadium will be resolved in the coming days. Only the final details remain." These words were said by Suleyman Taghiyev, the head of the Turan Tovuz press service, in a statement to Sport24.az.
The spokesperson of the "Grey Wolves" also answered a question about Turan Tovuz being renamed "Turan".
"As for the name change, there are legal procedures that are currently ongoing. We will officially announce all the details regarding both issues."
It should be noted that at the end of last season, the Western representative announced that they wanted to replace the artificial turf of the arena where they played their home games with grass.
