"Turan Tovuz" club has issued a statement.
Idman.biz reports that the representative of Tovuz condemned the spread of untrue and unfounded news about the team in recent days.
The statement said that despite the end of the season, head coach Kurban Berdyev has not left the country and is constantly exchanging ideas with the club management to implement the preparation plans for the next season and form a stronger team: "We would like to note that our contract with our head coach is continuing and the club management is demonstrating its full support to Kurban Berdyev in order to form a more ambitious team. We call on our fans and the football community not to trust unverified, unfounded and false news that damages the club's image. We would like to inform you that all information regarding training camps, transfer policy, infrastructure and other projects will be officially announced to the public by our club".
