"TransferRoom" has presented a list of the 15 most expensive transfers in football history, taking inflation into account.
Idman.Biz reports, citing the source, that the transfer of Brazilian star Neymar from Barcelona to PSG in 2017 is recorded as the most expensive transfer in football history.
Taking inflation into account, the value of this transfer is 342.8 million euros.
In second place is the transfer of French footballer Kylian Mbappe from Monaco to PSG in 2018 - the value of this transfer was 263.3 million euros.
The third place is occupied by the transfer of Usman Dembele from Borussia Dortmund to Barcelona in 2017. This transfer is estimated at 228.6 million euros in inflation-adjusted calculations.
The list of the five most expensive transfers also includes Philippe Coutinho, who moved from Liverpool to Barcelona (197.5 million euros), and Jack Grealish, who was transferred from Aston Villa to Manchester City (175.2 million euros).
