"Traktor" defeated "Gol Gohar" in their home match in the next round of the Iranian Championship (Pro League). Sport24.az reports that Mehdi Hashemnejad scored the only goal in the 43rd minute of the match held at the "Yadegar-e Emam" stadium in Tabriz.
The head referee initially canceled the goal based on an offside position, but after VAR intervention, the decision was changed and the goal was recorded.
It should be noted that this victory was "Traktor"'s first success in the championship under the leadership of Mohammad Rabiei.
