"Tottenham" is planning to start negotiations with "Bayern" to acquire the transfer rights for midfielder Joao Palhinha. Sport24.az reports that the London club is satisfied with the 30-year-old footballer's performance and has reached an agreement in principle to sign a full contract with him until 2029.
Palhinha joined Tottenham on loan this summer until the end of the 2025/26 season. The contract includes a clause to buy the player's transfer rights for 30 million euros.
The Portuguese international has played 18 games in all competitions for the capital club this season, scoring 4 goals and providing 1 assist.
"Tottenham" is currently in 5th place in the Premier League table. Thomas Frank's team will play their next game against Arsenal on November 23rd.
