"Tottenham" are interested in signing Manchester City goalkeeper James Trafford. This was reported by the portal "The Athletic", Sport24.az reports.
According to the source, "Tottenham" are considering Trafford as a potential replacement for Guglielmo Vicario, who is also of interest to Inter.
In addition to Tottenham, Aston Villa and Newcastle are also following the City goalkeeper.
Trafford acts as a substitute for Gianluigi Donnarumma this season. However, he gained consistent playing experience in cup matches. He was in the starting lineup in the English League Cup final in a 2-0 win over Arsenal.
It should be noted that the 23-year-old Trafford has played 14 games in all tournaments this season and kept a clean sheet in seven matches.
