"Tottenham Hotspur" management is considering appointing Mauricio Pochettino as head coach.
Idman.Biz reports that football expert Ben Jacobs announced this on social media. Today, "Tottenham" officially announced the dismissal of Thomas Frank.
Pochettino is currently working with the US national team, which makes his return to London impossible until at least the end of the World Cup. Therefore, "Tottenham" is considering appointing an interim coach until the beginning of next season.
Pochettino previously managed Tottenham Hotspur from 2014 to 2019. Under his leadership, the club reached the finals of the Champions League and the League Cup.
"Tottenham Hotspur" has not won in eight consecutive Premier League games. The club is currently 16th in the English Premier League in the 2025/26 season with 29 points from 26 games. In the Champions League group stage, "Tottenham" took fourth place with 17 points from eight games, qualifying for the 1/8 finals.
