"The season was good for us in the Premier League and the national cup." These words were said to Sport24.az by "Qarabagh" football player Toral Bayramov.
The 24-year-old winger recalled that they qualified for the final of the Azerbaijan Cup:
"We are very happy and glad. We had an unsuccessful season in the Europa League. But we will try to eliminate this in the upcoming season and achieve new successes, write new history. I wouldn't say that the season was easy. We also had matches where we lost points. If we look at previous years, we can see that there were more. It was an interesting championship."
Bayramov spoke about his goals in the UEFA Champions League next season:
"There is still a lot of time before these matches. We have one championship match and a cup final ahead of us. Then there will be friendly matches of national teams. We will think about it after that."
He said that they will prepare for the final match against "Sabah": "We intend to make a 'golden double'. We will do our best for this. We are not thinking about any team going to the European Cup. We just want to win."
