"Shamkir owes me 2,600 manats". Sport24.az reports that this was stated by Vidadi Jafarov, who was the top scorer of the 2nd League last season with 31 goals, in his statement to Fanat.az.
He stated that he would complain to AFFA if the money was not paid: "I had signed a 1-year contract with the club. I have not received my last month's salary.
